Why does Dr. Lim have PTSD? Season Four of 'The Good Doctor' charts the long and painful technique of overcoming the condition. Why used to be she identified?

The mid-season premiere of The Good Doctor, "Lim," marked a watershed moment in Dr. Audrey Lim's (Christina Chang) painful battle with post-traumatic tension disorder. In a hair-raising scene, the doctor's motorcycle experience took a terrifying turn — and she ended up in a minor crash. Season 4 of the scientific drama charts the complicated process whereby she tries to come to terms with PTSD. But so, what brought about the condition? Why does she have PTSD?

Dr. Lim advanced PTSD on 'The Good Doctor' after operating throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Season 4 of The Good Doctor places Dr. Lim in a difficult predicament. On the one hand, the doctor has to conquer the tragic loss of Dr. Neil Melendez's (Nicholas Gonzalez). On the different, she starts to showcase the signs of PTSD, which might be most probably the result of having to paintings everyday on the frontline of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Dr. Lim's insistence on dealing with the symptoms by myself created a rift between her and Claire. As the previous episodes of The Good Doctor published, Dr. Lim has a complete host of reasons to reject her help, including Claire's past romantic involvement with Dr. Melendez, and the simple indisputable fact that she is her subordinate at the health center. 

Although they each have had stories with PTSD, this alone does not provide them a lot commonplace flooring. Determined to avoid wasting her popularity as the person in authority, Dr. Lim continues to turn down Claire's attempts to assist.

Season Four of The Good Doctor gained a substantial amount of applause from critics and lovers alike for its uncommon ability to nail down fundamental truths about the issues the ones suffering to regulate the signs of PTSD have to stand.
