TV is a risky business, and for the NBC sequence Las Vegas, producers took a gamble that didn’t pay off.

The dramedy ended its 5th season on a primary cliffhanger that noticed the wonder go back of casino proprietor A.J. Cooper following a near-fatal aircraft crash and set up a probably disastrous delivery for Delinda’s baby after the mom-to-be started to bleed within the finale’s final moments.

Unfortunately, Las Vegas wasn’t picked up for a sixth season, so enthusiasts were left with little or no closure. But since the display’s cancellation in 2008, we’ve gotten a few clues as to where the characters were meant to end up.

According to TV Guide, writer and govt manufacturer Gary Scott Thompson wasn’t assured that the collection would get another season, so he devised a plan in case NBC forced the show to conclude on a cliffhanger.

A source said that the author, who had begun paintings on NBC’s Knight Rider reboot, sought after to shoot a scene for the brand new series that confirmed Delinda and her fiancée Danny walking within the background with their new child baby, signaling that both the kid and Las Vegas’ leading girl had survived the delivery.

This method, audience could be able to see the glad family all in combination on display once or more, but sadly, that second never came all the way through Knight Rider's run, which most effective lasted 17 episodes.

Fans had been so beaten through the loss of resolution that they began sending baby booties to network pros in the hopes that it would encourage (or annoy) the higher-ups into giving Las Vegas a proper send-off.
