Arcángel completed his caption writing, "I PROMISE TO CONTINUE FIGHTING." This caption used to be accompanied via a photograph of what seems like an CT scan system.

According to PeriodicoCubano, this is not the first health scare the singer-producer has dealt with. Arcángel was once previously hospitalized in September 2019 after struggling a pre-infarction.
