"That was my end-all, be-all, the only thing I wanted to," Dorzon instructed The Manual. "Just like anybody that's great at something, I felt like, at a point, once I got to Canada ... if I wasn't the best at what I actually did, it was time for me to figure something else out."

Tobias then made the pivot to cooking, attending the Culinary School on the Art Institute of Washington or even studying out of the country in Sicily. Now, he's making ready to open his own restaurant in Maryland. As a Food Network character, he is even professed buddies with Guy Fieri himself, in line with an interview with Mashed.
