Tobias then made the pivot to cooking, attending the Culinary School on the Art Institute of Washington or even studying out of the country in Sicily. Now, he's making ready to open his own restaurant in Maryland. As a Food Network character, he is even professed buddies with Guy Fieri himself, in line with an interview with Mashed.
