The fourth season of 9-1-1: Lone Star introduced back a well-known face in January — much to the dismay of Captain Owen Strand (Rob Lowe). After in short guest starring because the obnoxious Sgt. Neal McDonough made his first appearance as Sgt. Ty O’Brien in Season 3 of 9-1-1: Lone Star. In Episode 7, “Red vs. Blue,” his personality faced off towards Captain Owen Strand (Rob Lowe) in a heated game of softball.
