Is Marg Helgenberger leaving ‘CSI: Vegas’?
In Season 2, Episode 12, “When the Dust Settles,” viewers worried that Marg might be leaving the sequence. While spending a much-needed break day together with her granddaughter Hannah, Catherine soon found herself in a precarious situation.
After a lady woke up from a four-year coma, she right away addressed the issue and took her granddaughter along with her. However, when Catherine’s daughter Lindsey discovered that Catherine introduced Hannah to an previous crime scene, she was once dissatisfied along with her mom.
Catherine then learned that her family supposed an excessive amount of to her and decided to walk away from the lab. After texting together with her daughter, they finally came up with an answer: to take a circle of relatives shuttle.

Marg first seemed in the CSI universe when the long-standing CBS collection debuted in 2000. The actress starred in the first twelve seasons of the series prior to leaving the show in 2011. “The factor that I'm in fact most pleased with about my run on CSI is the impact it had on girls and young women going into the sphere,” Marg instructed Entertainment Weekly. “It's unbelievable that a display can actually ignite any individual's hobby and ignite their interest in science.”
In September 2022, Marg brought her character Catherine out of retirement. “It used to be beautiful natural,” Marg said of resuming her previous function. “I feel it's because I played this persona for see you later. It felt great to be again in her boots and her tight denims.”
