According to the Arkansas Department of Corrections, Dunn is these days serving a 15-year jail sentence at Wrightsville Hawkins For Males after accepting a plea deal in November 2019, in line with CBS THV11. Mere months after being launched from the similar prison for unlawful ownership of a firearm, Dunn attempted to kidnap two different women in December 2018.

Per the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette, "a woman reported being approached by a man who asked her to step out of her vehicle. She called 911, and the man left."
