'Cake Boss' star Buddy Valastro spread out exclusively 'Distractify,' revealing that his kids will take over Carlo's Bakery. So, is he retiring quickly?

Since turning a small Hoboken bakery into a household name together with his super well-liked tv sequence Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro of Carlo's Bakery remains to be no longer making plans to let off the piping bag anytime soon.

Today, the baker extraordinaire is the star of another reality collection, A&E's Cake Dynasty, "as he works to balance the demands of a rapidly expanding business empire and demanding home life."

Speaking of house existence, in an unique interview with Distractify in 2022, Buddy spread out about what he is doing now, including if he plans to retire and if his kids will take over the bakery in the future.

Following in their dad's footsteps, Buddy's kids four kids — Sofia, Buddy Jr., Marco, and Carlo — will take over the franchise when Buddy chooses to retire.

However, there are a couple of adjustments that the kids are planning to put in force, in step with the baker.

"Well, they're all very opinionated. But they want to do more trendy stuff ... they told me I'm more traditional," he said within the interview in partnership with Klondike. "They have different ideas of how they want to create and concoct things. But I applaud it, you know, I really love the fact that they're interested in it. And look, I just want them to be happy, right?"

When requested if he is able to retire, Buddy assured he used to be not, including, "I'm wired a certain way. It's a good thing and a bad thing. My mind is always [full of] ideas and creativity, different things ... so I need this as an outlet."

The superstar baker is also proceeding to construct his brand and domesticate a following. Buddy signed a take care of A&E to supply 60 hours of television over the next two years, developing a number of new sequence and holiday specials.

In 'Cake Dynasty,' fans are getting a "more real and raw" take a look at Buddy's circle of relatives.

"Cake Dynasty is where my life is now, it's 14,15 years later. My kids were babies at the time. Now they're all older and starting to come into the family business," he informed People magazine. "It's definitely a more grownup version. We're a little bit more real and raw. So sometimes there's a couple of F bombs here and there."

Though he's an excessively busy man, Buddy advised us that he maximum looks forward to operating together with his family and "really trying to create this legacy and take it to the next level."

He concluded, "I'm just a blessed guy. I'm a lucky guy. I love the fans. I really appreciate them a lot. And I can't wait to just keep doing what I'm doing."
